We provide Prompt and Fast delivery Australia Wide on all orders.


Delivery Time
We try our best to send out your packages on time every day. Your order will be shipped the same or next business day, ensuring you get your item as soon as possible. Please take care to fill out your details correctly at checkout.

If you are not home to accept your package, the carrier will assess whether it is safe to leave. If not, a calling card will be left in your letter box detailing the steps for arranging re-delivery or picking up your delivery at the local post office.

 If you have not received your package within 7 business days of placing the order please contact us via www.ozcaresupplies.com.au or email info@ozcaresupplies.com.au with your full name and order number and we will look into the matter immediately!

 Shipment Rates and Delivery Estimates

We endeavor to get your order to you as soon as possible. Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipment, rather than the date of order. Delivery times are to be used as a guide only and are subject to the acceptance and approval of your order. Estimated arrival dates are not guaranteed as weather delays and other unforeseen circumstances may impact delivery time.

(a) Shipping & Handling costs for Sydney, Brisbane, Melbourne, Sunshine Coast (QLD) & Gold Coast (QLD) Metro Areas (Metro areas are defined by our carriers)

  • Free delivery & handling on standard eligible consumable & small equipment orders over $249.00 
  • An $15.00 freight & handling charge will apply for orders less than $249.00

  • Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
  • Date of delivery may vary due to carrier shipping practices, delivery location, method of delivery, and the items ordered.
  • Products may be delivered in separate shipments.
  • Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of the order, the type of items, and the delivery location. Delivery cost information will be provided at checkout for E-commerce customers and on your invoice for credit account customers.

 Missing or Lost Package

There are several reasons why a package gets lost or becomes a deliver exception. We've found that, more often not, the package is either in the building or with a neighbour. OZ Care Products politely requests that customers look in common courier hiding spots. Please take a look around and let us know if you find it.
